I have experienced more trust and support at KAI than in any other position I have ever held.
I would describe Kaizen’s management style as laid back and supportive.
Kaizen is an incredible place to work. They truly care about their employee’s wellbeing. They provide the leadership, guidance, and remove obstacles to support their employees to do and be their best.
The generous leave benefit immediately followed by covering the deductible limit for the health insurance plan is the best part of their benefit plan.
There are tangible benefits and intangible benefits. I would say OVERALL, the intangible outweigh the tangible. Meaning the culture and leadership at KAI are dialed in. They make you feel like you are truly valued. It is hard to put a price tag on that…it is priceless! As for the tangible, the retirement contributions and education reimbursement are pretty sweet.
I am not just a number and I truly believe the company and management care about their employees. They are willing to invest in their employees.
EVERYTHING! I really feel like part of their family and it is not just an employer. They do everything they can do make sure we are happy and bettering ourselves for our career!
One of the things that was most important to me was the ability to put creative solutions in motion. Al and Rich were extremely engaged in the interview process and invested a lot of dialogue in understanding each other’s method to success. It absolutely spoke to their ability to listen and promote innovation.
I honestly love working for Kaizen. I am very grateful I got a job here as young as I did. I have been here for three years already and I see myself here for a while.
