Hanover, MD, April 15, 2021: Kaizen Approach, Inc. (Kaizen), a Maryland-based leader in cybersecurity and workforce development, has acquired Tego Consulting, LLC, a Maryland-based service provider of specialized analysis, information research, and cloud-based engineering services to the intelligence community.
The move to acquire Tego Consulting significantly broadens Kaizen’s capabilities and allows for growth over the next five years. The acquisition was completed on April 15, 2021, with Kaizen CEO Al Pickering saying, “We are excited to add Tego Consulting’s capabilities to the Kaizen Approach portfolio and expand our capabilities into new areas.”
The acquisition of Tego Consulting fits into Kaizen Approach’s strategy to expand service offerings, which now include delivering tailored, actionable intelligence to the intelligence and defense communities.
